The "Documents" tab there [http://groups.niso.org/apps/group_public/documents.php?wg_abbrev=jats-sc lists official published documents] (four at the time of this writing), and entering "JATS" into the search box [http://groups.niso.org/apps/group_public/search.php?search_val=jats&search_documents=1&x=0&y=0 reveals a longer list] (ten at the this time).
